Butterscotch Brush ID Please

Guys I bought this brush on ebay earlier this week. I have no idea what it is. The knot is 24mm. The handle is 75mm tall. And 37mm in diameter at the top and the bottom. Any guesses?

Nothing? I have tried to find that sticker outline but have had zero luck.
