Do you have an aloe vera plant? If so, pinch off a small piece of the end of the stem & smear the 'juice', if you will, on your burn. It's 100% pure aloe vera.

Unfortunately, no aloe plants nearby, but fortunately I've had no pain or discomfort at all today. I plan on keeping it clean and dry and letting it take care of itself if the pain stays away.
Over the counter pain relievers can help. Advil, Tylenol, and the like.
My own method of instant pain relief for a small burn, even blistered ones, is to keep it cool with either a wet (not iced) cloth or pressing something cool against the burn. Change as needed.
