The day befor setting off on holiday I got a bite from some bug, right on the right elbow and the joint just swole up like a peach. Hot to touch, red and angry to look at and a little painful. Went to my Doc's to be told what I already knew, "thats a little infected, we'll have to treat with some strong anti-biotics,".
Well a 7 day course of 4 a day coupled with Arko, FS synth brush and very hard water while on holiday has resulted in mostly pure, clean and blemish free skin. Even the slight blighty tan I have has helped me look at least 2.5 years younger. No ingrowns, bumps, red spot.......all gone. I'm like a noob all again.
