Brush Size

I recently bought a Van der Hagen boar bristle shaving brush. Its a Deluxe. This is the one sold separately not from their starter set.
I want to get a badger brush but picked this up to practice making lather with shaving soap. Anyway its an ok brush but the size is perfect for me.
My question is...... Does anyone know of a badger brush that would be about the same size and shape as the VDH?
Right now my budget is around the $50 range.

A few observations on the VDH brush, Like I said I like the size and shape. It produces an ok lather. There was no foul smell
at all. It gets softer every time I use it. Its a little to scratchy for my face.

Badger behaves very differently, so you can't truly determine what you want in a Badger based on how a Boar behaves.

My suggestion would be to start with a smaller brush, about a 20 mm, set at standard height, it at least Best Badger. Don't bother with Pure (100% or Black). You will be able to judge what you want with that as a starter Badger. YMMV
