Briefcase?

So, my wife wants to get me a new briefcase for Christmas. Though they are far out of our budget, I love the look of the Saddleback briefcases. My question is this: As far as look/size, does anyone out there have any ideas for a similar type look/size as their large or medium? I'm not entirely sure what our budget will wind up being for one another, but I am 99.999% sure that it won't be as high as needed for a Saddleback. I'm thinking it will hover in the $200.00 neighborhood.

Great briefcase that fits my legal sized paperwork, but not too thick where it feels like a duffle.

Try www.customhide.com/ , (which start around $200) from what I've read it's got pretty good reviews over on styleforum. I personally use the Banana Republic brown leather work bag, which I really like. However, one of the perks with saddleback, customhide, filson is that they're made in USA.
