Blade Identification, please.

I know this is silly. The pic has a red pack Personna blade. I just don't see Isreal anywhere. Are these the Red Pack Isreali Personnas?

The picture on the left shows the Red Pack Personas and they are made in Israel.
The picture of the blister pack on the right are the so-called Walmart Personas and they are made in the USA.
