Just wanted to show the repairs I got back today from Mr. Michelangelo at repairmybirkenstocks.com
Realizing now I should have done a before pic, but trust me they were in a bad way. The brown pair got a full high arch recraft with the toe crests removed and add-on GTO longer life heels.
The navy pair got a full shearling footbed recraft and also got the toe crests removed and longer life heels as well. These repairs aren’t cheap, but these two pairs will be designated “in doors only” so hopefully they last a good long time.

If you're looking for high arch support, unfortunately it’s your only option now that Birkenstock has discontinued those footbeds. Also my Barney Rubble toes don't fit those toe bars very comfortably, so having an option to remove them is nice.
