Bigos-Polish Hunter's Stew-The Polish National Dish

Since weather's getting cooler and a lot of cooks are thinking about soups and stews and roasts, I'd like to be sure that everyone's acquainted with this dish, which has all the food groups most guys like. Its basically a sauerkraut / pork braise, with other stuff thrown in, and you'll be happy you checked it out--its hard to stop eating.
