I just finished watching the Canada vs Russia hockey game (go Canada!!), and I have a flight in the morning and won't get to shave when I wake up. Being tired and ready for bed, I just whipped up a quick shave, and it was amazingly great! I normally bowl lather, but I decided to face lather my Williams soap with my VDH boar brush, and it made the thickest lather I've ever had. I did a quick, one-pass shave WTG and had amazing results using my Dovo Astrale 5/8 straight and Filly strop. Evidentially my technique is coming along, and I just felt like sharing my success. Thanks to everyone who's helped me along the way and I look forward to progressing through this great journey!
