Basil Hayden's

Just got a bottle last month. I don't describe my drink with a lot of flowery words, but I am enjoying it. It's very good with a little water.

I agree. It is a little peppery. Not in an overpowering way but just enough to keep you interested.

Basil Hayden's is pretty damn good. A little pricey but I was given a bottle.

I always keep a bottle on hand to introduce people to Bourbon. It is not very complex and is as low an alcohol content as you can have and still call it Bourbon (based on US laws). I rarely drink it except when I am introducing someone to it. It's a decent Bourbon, but I personally feel that there are a lot better Bourbons out there for the price.

My barber swears by basil haydens but I've yet to try it. Knob creek, buffalo trace, and makers are my go to, but I'm looking forward to branching out and trying a few others.
