Bald Frog Soap?

Any one use Bald Frog regularly? I received small sample from Larry when I ordered a brush from Whipped Dog. Sample was of the Margarita scented soap. It does remind me of a Margarita and I might of felt a small menthol kick. The slickness of the soap was very nice. I did have a harder time to lather than my other soaps like RR but that might of been due to very small sample I received. I am wondering if any one else liked this soap. I will be looking at buying in the future.

I was not impressed. Granted the small samples I rec'd were near impossible to lather. I tried it in the shower. Blah.

I got a sample from larry the other day, it was bald frog cherry blossom. Smells alright, just havent been motivated to try it out.

I could not get my sample to lather very well, seems that the sample was too small. Hard to tell whether it's actually the soap or the size of the sample.

Interesting... I received a sample of the Cherry Blossom. I shaved a little off with a pocket knife into a bowl and it lathered REALLY well. Had a great shave and it was very slippery.

It worked VERY well for me. I still have about 1/2 my sample after two shaves.

I thought of using a bowl due to size but I am not home right now and dont have access to a bowl. I was amazed by the slickness worked mich better when I rubbed the soap all over my face then worked it with my brush.

The smaller size of the sample does make achieving lather more difficult. I usually put the soap sample in the bottom of a coffee mug, and soak it in hot water during my prep. Then, I decant off the water, leaving the sample. It lathers well then.

 Thanks, will have to give that a try the next time I get back around to it!
