What's new

Badger large and dense

Hello,

Just bought a Semogue Owners Club Boar, and I'm delighted with the size and density (which could be a little bigger confess!), But I'm beginning to think like a badger models of the Simpsons, but I think too expensive, like a suggestion the most experienced.

I thank you and look forward answers.

I like badger brushes for their density and water retention properties. I think you may like the Semogue SOC 2-band badger brush, which is one of the best values out there.

28-30mm TGN knots! Very soft and good amount of backbone for a great price.
Wet Shaving Products brushes; great value for the money.
Boa sorte, amigo e bem-vindo!

Simpsons Colonel won't break the bank. My favorite now.

I have 2 Rudy Vey TGN silvertip, a Whipped Dog 24 mm, a Simpson's Duke 2 in Best, and omega 48 boar. Depends on what you are looking for. The Rudy Veys are plush with some backbone, the WD is (too) dense, Duke is nice combination of scritch and soft but the handle is too short.

The Colonel is the best of all- soft tips good backbone great handle. In heaven for less than $75 at Maggards Razors here in Mich. (I have no relationship with the business other than as satisfied customer.)

Hello,

Thank you for your help, I liked this Whipped Dog... but I'll think a bit more, I want something definite. I am so restrained style as I have a good Boar now start thinking a good Badger to complete my brushes today think of only having two outstanding of each type, you may think of others in the future.
