Corporate Pilatus pilot here. There are quite a few of us here at B&B. I've been a bit of everything: taught, flew freight, then did the commuter thing for a while. LOVE the PC-12, but HATE the Honeywell Primus Apex suite that's in it!

Maybe you will be at my center one day. We will have a level d PC-12 operational in a couple of months. It is in the building being finished now.

PS- we may still be looking for instructors in that program. Shoot me a PM if you want me to check.

Does ATC count? I'm a controller at RDU

No kidding?! I fly out of RDU!! We've probably talked on the radio, since I've flown out of there for 11 years. Not to give away too much information on a public forum, but my call sign ends in "Sierra Delta". Next time we talk, just say hi and I'll show you the secret handshake!!

I'll be inbound from ILM later on today, if you're on around 1900...

Whoa, that's the first I've heard of a level D PC-12 sim anywhere! Very cool!!

I really like living in NC, but for the right price, I could be persuaded... especially since I've still got my CFII current.

Okay Air Traffic Control Counts I can't amend the poll I tried after posting it. Engineers should fit nicely in manufacture! If I could figure out how to amend the poll I would maybe I'll submit to mods to delet and then repost with those two catagories seperate? Flight Sim Tech is maintenance!

Sorry, I am off this evening. I'll listen for your call sign when I'm at work.

Are you counting military members in this poll? I put down maintenance and ground ops, as a crew chief I not only perform maintenence but do launches, recoveries, inspections, tows, and engine runs as well. Currently working on F-15 C/D/E models but trying to go over the F-16 side to learn that jet as well. My actual USAF career field is called Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Craftsman.

I work on all the trucks and equipment that keep the flight line running, that counts right?
currently I'm NCOIC of Fire truck maintenance here at Aviano AB Italy. But I'm involved in the maintenance on everything with wheels here from the aircraft tow tractors to the runway sweepers.

I don't work in aviation, but thought I'd let some of you guys know that Airbus is about to build a large aircraft manufacturing plant here in Mobile. It is supposed to employ over a thousand people. Might be a good opportunity for you guys in the industry that want to move south.

MAintenance includes aircraft and GSE. So all you guys who work GSE post up in Maintenance! Thank you guys for your service to our country!

Maintenance and ground ops counts but more maintenance!

Currently a Quality Control Supervisor at the largest bankrupt airline in the nation:biggrin1: I really enjoy my job it is just all the drama I have to deal with. I have worked on everything from J-3s to DC-10s and have had a great time doing it. Looking forward to hearing from the other aviation nuts!!!
