Arko soap goes well with?

What is everyone following Arko up with? I kind of like the scent and I've been using Aqua Velva Ice Balm which seems to work. The Arko scent is fairly strong and kind of runs over milder aftershaves.

After I rinse my face off a couple of times I don't get any scent from the Arko at all, which makes it pretty easy for me to use what ever ASB that I want.

I usually use Clubman or Cade.

i don't usually think of pairing my soap and aftershaves. however, Arko does have a nice strong fragrance. ill give it a run and report back

Interesting. I get Arko scent for a couple hours after shaving. Even the wife noticed. Normally the soap scent is gone after a rinse.

My nose says the scent vanishes after a time. But IMO Arko pairs well with a citrusy scent, e.g. Speick.

Ya know... I just had this thought the other day. A good shave with Arko and I used an unscented lotion which kept the Arko scent.

I then proceeded (like I would do typically with an unscented day) to give a spray or two of cologne. Versace Dreamer that day.

For some reason I was amazed how well that combo went together. They mixed wonderfully for me. For the next few hours I was able to smell the combo together and it was great.

Just my .02, of course.... Had to post since I had this epiphany recently.

Seriously, though, I think any strong aftershave works with it. Arko's scent, while strong, is pretty neutral - just a radioactively strong soap/detergent scent.
