Argentine Gillettes?

I was in a convienience store and ran across a pack of Gillette DE blades which look like they had been hanging there 100 years. On the back of the pack is a 1991 copyright date and Made In Argentina.
Is anyone familiar with these? I overpayed for them at 5.99 for a pack of five but since they had been there so long I thought I would just go ahead and bring them home.

Ouch, those are widely regarded as being one of the worst/ the worst blades available on the market, but as always YMMV!!

The Gillettes with the unfavorable reputation are made in Russia. The package pictured above looks just like those Russian Gillettes but the OP says they are made in Argentina. I'd like to hear his opinion on them after he tries one out.

Ok,
I opened the Argentine Gillette's and just finished shaving with one........VERY sharp and smooth shave, not at all as bad as the review I read of blades in an identical package. I am impressed with these but don't believe I will find anymore of them but this pack should last until my Russian and Thai Gillettes get here.

I just looked at the Argentine blade in my razor and it has "N 2" on it.
Would this be a date code for blades? If so what year would that be?
The package has copyright 1991 on the back.
