Are Shavemacs Guaranted?

I have a Shavemac 177 that I love.
I bought it over 2 years ago from Vintage Blades.
I went to shake it out this morning and about 20% of the hair came out in 1 chunk.
Is this under warranty?
Do I contact Shavemac or Vintage.
I know that Vintage does not carry Shavemac anymore.

I would try Shavemac. I know they are under warranty for 5 years. You should be fine.

Bernd is great to deal with and will surely replace your brush. Just take pics and send them to him to show him the damage! 20% in one fell swoop is NOT supposed to happen!
