I have a Delonghi ESAM 4500 for about 7 to 8 years.
Lately the coffee is coming TOO WEAK. The time the grinder keeps working looks too short what renders me a quite thin "button" of pressed coffee.
I tried to change the beans, to change the coarseness of coffee in grinder settings and EVEN SENT IT to technical assistance at Delonghi authorized service.
They cleaned the machine / refurbished the grinder and sent me the machine back. It all keeps the same weak coffee and US$ 150 less in my pocket.
