I'm very tempted to pick one of these up. I've seen the Atlas review, but I like longer handles. Someone must have used one enough to review it.
Anyone?? Anyone?? Buehler??

I do love the R-1 plate...but i have not tried it on the Titan.
Yes, I've used the Titan with the R-1 plate for the past three days -- I just got the razor this week. The R plate is probably a little aggressive for some people, but it has provided me with a great shave for three straight days - close without irritation, nicks, or weepers.
I haven't used the H or M plates yet as I am waiting until I need a new blade to try a different plate.
The ATT Titan is a well made and very beautiful tool.
It's my new favorite DE by a long shot.
Thanks. I would really appreciate your opinion on the M when you give it a go.
Have you used the Weber or Tradere SB by chance?
Well i Tried the M1 and it was a bit to mild for me, Seems i get more Nicks and Irritation with Mild Razors Now / and that never used to happen to me before, When i first started i could only use mild Razors and now i cant seems my skin has made some kind of adjustment ? Sounds Weird but true. aBecause of this Adjustment it now likes very aggresive Smooth Razors and not Blood Thirsty Razors like the R41
The Titan H1 is my Holy Grail Shaving Razor, and The Titan R1 Is Doable for a Quick 2 Pass DFS for sure but a little Irritation and not as Smooth as the H1.
Total RAD killer. At least, until Stan introduces an H2, or a Titan-sized handle with the Atlas styling.
Interesting. My adjustment to more aggressive razors is similar to yours. There was a time that I thought the 5 setting on my Slim was as aggressive as I could go. Now, it feels far too mild since I started shaving with the Atlas H1 every day. Based on your results, I suspect I don't really need the R1 plate either, because I get such comfortable, irritation-free shaves with the H1. That razor has become my Holy Grail, too. Total RAD killer. At least, until Stan introduces an H2, or a Titan-sized handle with the Atlas styling.

I don't have an ATT razor, but it's the only razor out right now that is seriously tempting me. My issue is I'd like the size of Titan handle with the knurling of the Atlas. I also would prefer the weight of the Atlas, but it's probably too short for my liking (same length as 34c/37c, right?).
Or a slant...

The M1 Plate With Either Titan or Atlas Handle Did Nothing for me, Gave me more irritation Nicks and left stubble's behind after 2 passes, My Hair grows Really Tight to the skin and Very Coarse Hair But not a Thick Beard, If that makes sense? So because of this Something as Aggressive as the Titan H1 Works like dream for me.. I sold the M1 Yesterday on BST ) Hope it finds a good Home )
These Above The Ties Razors have become my number one Recommendation to friends and Fellow Members, Followed By the Weber and EJ89. Love Em all..
I tried to get your M1 on BST but just missed it...darn. Could you give me your impression of the Atlas M1 compared to the Weber Polished & EJ89. I have the Weber Polished and EJ89 which are my favorite 3 piece razors. I'm looking to satisfy my resurging RAD with an Atlas, but am undecided as to the M1 or R1 base plate. Your thoughts/impressions would be much appreciated.
