I have a neat box of Personna DE Blades. The box contains 5 5-Packs, for a total of 25 blades. They come in red transparent plastic containers. The box sold for 89 cents. Can anyone identify the age of these?

My guess here is sometime in the 1950s. Gillette didn't introduce their dispenser package until ~1948 . . . the package graphics and fonts have a 1950s look to them.
I would also guess that they were made in USA. Personna brand, by ASR, was an American company. Israel came into existence in the late '40s, and was immediately attacked by Palestine. I don't think too many companies were engaging in manufacturing products there at that time!!

My guess would be 1950's as well. I have a full box of personna injector blades from about that time .

i just got 2 ziplocks in the mail, 50 blades each from a guy in Champlain NY. the blades are NOT marked, but i have attached a pictured.
i have an order with amazon (sampler pack) and ebay (astras), but have no idea where these came from or why i have them. i don't see me entered in any PIF's that i know of.
anyone know what MFG of blades these are? they were sent from "Geo Papa in Champlain NY"

nope, nothing, blades are identical on both sides (BLANK). i have no idea who sent them or why? no invoice, no company info, jut marked as GIFT and "shave items, 100K Made in Japan" on the outside of the USPS paperwork
like i said, no ebay or amazon orders (outside a sampler pack and Astras) and no outstanding PIF entries.
i had asked for samples a while back thru the vendor section, but got rejecting by everyone i asked, so don't think it's related to that.

you know what, i goodled "MADE IN JAPAN razor blades" and got a pic of some blades posted by NTGUY (a b&b member).
i ordered a 120 sample pack thru him, but looks like i got stiffed with 100 KAI blades.
time to contact him and see whats going on here. glad i went thru paypal

They look like Kai blades, think they originate from Japan and sent to you by

yup, looks like it was a mixup on the blades
yup, got info from google as well and confirmed with a few other pics.
i was supposed to get the 110 sampler, shown here: AMAZON, but appears to be a mixup.
i've sent him an email to see what's up. i'm guessing they were sent in error and will be corrected shortly. oh well, at least i got some KAI blades to try out in the meantime.
With the identifying info in hand, you can go back and look at the blade wrapper now...it says KAI all over it!!!

yeah, now i can see it. it's one of those pkging wording that is difficult to make out, unless you know what you are looking for.
