I'm in, though it might take some time before I get to trialing them. I try to use a tuck at a time and I am on a 15 pack of Gillette Spoilers from the 80's.

You'll love the spoilers! I slightly prefer the Schick Plus Platinums, but the Spoilers are right up there!

I just tried one of these blades and I don't know when they were made, but certainly several years after my initial stock. Still as great as ever! Second shave on one this morning. I think you'll find the first shave is very good, but the second and third are awesome. I get good results on #4, but then normally toss them.

I'd urge you to really pay attention and form your opinion on these on shave #2.

I know I’ve already said how much I like these blades and this is an awesome PIF. To add, I tend to get easily 10-20 shaves out of these. Sometimes I’ll toss just because I can’t remember the last time I’d changed the blade. Worth the cost IMHO.

This is like my experience with the Nacets where the second onward shaves seem more tame after the first use of that virgin sharp edge. I get about 8 to 10 shaves with them so I will be curious to see where these 7 O'Clock blacks compare. Awesome PIF.

Interesting. Maybe I’m tossing them too soon. I use my 1970s blades a full week. Maybe I’ll try that with the blacks.

OK, I'm closing the PIF now. The seller mislabeled the number of blades, so I got half of what I thought was coming. I sent out about 45 envelopes, I think, and I'm all caught up on the PMs.

I'm trading 100 of these for some soap samples from a member local to me. So I'm closing it down. Feel free to post your thoughts in here, though! And try them for a full week, I may have been wrong to toss them after 4. Let's see what results you get with them!

Sounds like the seller owes you a refund of half the cost or needs to send you the stated number of blades.

Received my packet of 5 blades and the timing was great. The blade I was using had reached its End of Life.Slipped it into my Gillette NEW Short Comb vintage razor. Smooth and very good sharpness it was a shaving pleasure. Thanks to JCinPa for a great PIF.
