Haven’t heard of that brand, but it looks like the same razor head that Maggard uses for their V3. They’re made in China so I imagine that it’s rebranded for a number of retailers/sellers.
These are taken razors made in China and of good quality. The head is based on DE89/R89 design and you will likely get a good shave.
