Anyone have experience with Capital gas range tops

I am remodeling our kitchen and want a top notch range top and oven, cooking is a hobby and passion of ours. We want a good upgrade. I have been reading about the Capital range and it looks pretty good, and legal for a residence. We have a Dacor 6 burner range top, but it does not give enough heat. Our Kitchen aid over still serves us well.
