What's new

Anyone ever tried one these shaving mugs/bowls?

Sure, now you went and did it! I just picked up a couple more Old Spice mugs so I'm sure I "need" one of those!

Interesting. No experience here.

Probably my most important piece of shaving gear I've purchased is the bowl from Dirty Bird Pottery.

It completely changed the way I can lather. I can lather even the worst of soaps and creams with this thing. At this point it doesn't matter what product I use.

Let us know how the mug turns out for you.

Very attractive! But . . . resin. Is that plastic? Can I microwave soap in them?? Need more info, please.[/SIZE]

I am anticipating purchasing one of these mugs in the black color.

I like the size and especially the fact that they are somewhat break resistant.

It may not live through a crash to the tile floor but live another day if just dropped into the sink.

I have the Marvy mug, but I really like your suggestion/recommendation for the Hart product. The brush rest is a nifty feature. Overall, the Hart mug appears to be a very nice functional design.
