The top one looks like it has a bone scales, says WHEATSHEAF HOLLOW GROUND on the blade and WHEATLEY BROTHERS SHEFFIELD on the tang.
The second looks like plastic scales, says HOLLOW GROUND (very faintly) on the blade and STONES & SON, GREEN LANE, DERBY on the tang.
