Any idea who makes CVS DE razor blades?

I got some the other day and popped one into my Merkur Long Classic this morning. I was stunned by the high quality of the blade and the shave over my usual Merkur Super Platinums. I got a very close shave with very few nicks.

Anyone know who makes the CVS blades? God love them whoever they are.
