On the 22nd of last month I bought a 54' Superspeed on E-bay. When I put the tracking number into the website it says "Despatched to sort facility" on the 23rd, so the seller done his bit in good time.
However, the site is still giving me the same info, has not changed a bit. It's three weeks now and I would have expected it to arrive by now.
However, I live in Ireland, and because I do not have a Zipcode to enter on the form it will not let me send them a message. Also the 1800 number they have does not accept phone calls from outside the US.
I e-mailed the seller, and he offered me a refund, no problem. Except I really really don't want a refund, I was happy with my purchase. And I don't actually mind the waiting "if" I know it will arrive eventually. But what if it's lost
Has anyone any experience with this sort of stuff? The tracking number is LK001927330US,
