I am developing a crush on vintage brushes and just purchased this gorgeous looking Ever-Ready 200 - wonderful red version to supplement my other green one.
Rudy Vey will change the knot and I intend myself to make the handle as nice as possible. But I never tried to refurbish bakelite, really would love it to be shiny. Any good advice on what to do - and/or not do?
Also, I intend to repaint the lettering but I assume you do that the same way that you repaint the lettering on a Slim?
Thanks in advance
