Another Entry into the Legit Holster Arena

There is still much joy to be had with acquiring a holster from one of my favorite makers (Andrews, Grizzle, Ritchie, Sparks....those guys), but the wait is getting insane. No...it IS insane. 4-6 months and longer just don't cut it. Good for Sam, Ryan, the crew at Milt Sparks, and other quality craftsmen out there, not so much for someone who needs a holster sometime before the next coming of the Messiah.
So....We look around and find more new talent. Enter Palmetto Leather of South Carolina.
good quality leather, nice stitching and boning, attractive dye job.
Fair price and 3 week delivery. Looking good so far.

I've had great luck with Wes's holsters. But speaking of long lead times, I finally got the Kramer #2 horsehide for my BDM. It was ordered in mid April but it is as expected a perfect fit and simply unnoticeable when worn.
