Almost Time For a New Brush.Final Advice from the Brush Mavens

I've done my research and am almost ready to pull the trigger.

I presently and happily use a Jagger Best. I am a cream face latherer, shower shaver and a brush masher extreme.

I like large fan shapes as big as possible with out being stupid. I need a bit of backbone but want luxurious silvertip, so I assume that means a short loft.

Is there any brush that meets that criteria, or should I just decide between asking Rudy Vey or Thater to make one, and who would you chose?

Simpson Tulip 4 would be awesome and I'm speaking from experience.
