I've got a couple of Bay rums and i dont find the burn to bad. Maybe i'm just odd
Is Pinaud Virgin Island Bay Rum among them? If not, that's what you're looking for. It's so hot that the smiley that you used above was invented for it!

Ogallala Bay Rum - Double strength, Special Reserve (that's a link) Out of all the bay rums I own, that's the hottest. Be SURE to shake well before applying.

I've yet to try Bay Rum,but regular Clubman burns pretty good as well.Old Spice burns me crazy too.
My shaving technique is pretty bad so the original old spice has a tendency to burn like hell. On Fri nights I shave and use a splash of Maker's Mark 46 bourbon. That is a burn.
Pinaud Virgin Island Bay Rum. High burn at a low cost. Great scent.
Not to hijack the thread but I wonder how much the variable of shave technique plays into it. A super close shave with a straight may give more burn than an average shave with a mild DE razor.
Captains Choice will give you a great burn and make your face feel completely refreshed; if I won the lottery I would send a bottle out to all B&B members.

Yeah.. Ogallala is killer.. I don't know if the ingredients start to separate as it sits, but now the stuff is so painful I end up doubled over in pain when I use it. Even so, I still use it pretty regularly..

More than $20, but Alt Innsbruck has me jumping out of my socks with the burn.
Ogallala Bay Rum, hands down! It is burn with afterburners. Pinaud Clubman is among the worst of the non-bay rums.
FLA water is nearly pure fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In a good way, when I use FLA water I don't have any razor rash or bumps.
