All 3 perform very different functions and fill different (if slightly overlapping ) niches of skin care. You'd need to decide exactly what YOUR skin needs then find the product that provides it.

Actually, without sounding tongue in cheek, it is a good idea to work on getting rid of the irritation first and foremost.
Perhaps trying a different blade, working on angle and/or pressure, making sure you're don't have dry lather on your neck if you shave your face first etc.
When i've had a bad shave and feel a slight amount of razor burn, my AS setup is as follows:
Alum - a dab of 444 along with a nice alcohol splash that has some face goodies such as:
Tuff - Sensitiv
Swiss Pitralon
Saint Charles Shave
