As someone who is a pack rat, borderline hoarder, I knew wet shaving was going to be very enjoyable for me. What can I say? I like stuff. Since beginning wet shaving last month. I've bought more stuff for shaving than I have in my entire life. Cost wise it's less because I'm not buying over priced cartridges anymore.
I went out at lunch get some calamine lotion to help w/ a case of poison oak I'm battling. So, I bought the calamine lotion and the following:
Shave secret oil
Baby oil
Tree oil
New cereal bowl to try as a shaving bowl
Cheap shave soap for the purpose of grating into bowls
Old school peelers for grating the soap
Last night I went into Goodwill searching for razors, but bought a bunch of bowls w/ lids to put soap into.
I'm about to buy a new brush and have a list of goodies to order from West Coast Shaving. I am anxiously awaiting to get home in the hopes that my Aristocrat will have arrived.
I tried to resist, but I knew it was futile. I'm not actually hoping to rival the amount of products my wife has, but that's the direction that it is headed.
