Adding Kent to the collection

I've always loved the handle shape on these Kents. I had a BK8 a long time ago and sold it off because I needed money, figured I could part with it. Unfortunately I regretted it ever since.

So I made up for it by bringing in the whole range of sizes. All is better now

I like the Kent brush. I have a BLK8 I just stopped short of getting the 12.
I might get the 12 for my birthday in July.
Since I started using the Kent it has been the best brush I have ever used.

Wow Mike! You really did make up for the sale didn't you? I agree with you about the Kent handle shape. Love it. I know this question gets asked a lot but are these brushes actually as floppy as we are led to believe? My counterpart to these brushes would be a Vulfix 2236s. While I have no qualms about its quality the backbone of the brush is just not to my overall liking. It is a good cream brush but not great shakes with hard soaps. So you can see why ask before I think of adding a Kent to the stable. I have the B&B 2009LE on the way and it is of course made by Kent but is almost certainly different to the BK models. Thanks.

Beautiful group of Kents, Mike! I've only had one (BK4) and it was a beautiful brush but certainly soft w/o much backbone. Care to take us through your collection and describe each brush's characteristics?

I wish I could get away with buying four brushes in one fell swoop. My SWMBO would kill me. World War Three almost broke out this morning when my Simpsons Special arrived and that was just one cheap-ish brush

I must admit that the BK2 / BK4 has really been tempting me recently.

What a great pruchase. I have a Kent BK4 and it is my go to brush. The thing I really love about the Kents is the box it comes in. You really feel like your money has been well spent, something fit for a King.
