Well I have a 40's, aristocrat, and a red tip.. I didn't need this one.. but I wanted it. I think the lack of necessity was the reason I didn't hit "bid"?

Not at all! When i'm bidding on something special, I keep dual LCDs open--one for watching the price, and the other to set the bid.
