A USA headstamp on 38 Special

Quick dumb question, who makes this ammo?

Just some range trash brass I picked up (13 empty cases) but I didn't recognize the headstamp.

Thanks folks!

Just from a quick search, ARMSCOR USA makes it. I'm not sure of the quality of brass though.
Ok, thanks. Never used the ammo, but the brass seems to be of decent quality. Cleans up nice, and runs through the sizing decapping die very smoothly.

Attractively priced, I frequently use Philippine-manufactured Armscor .30 Carb; .38 Special & .45ACP FMJ bullets when reloading range ammo & have done so without issue ... and the same holds true for their factory rounds too, zero problems. The only exception to this has been with their .30 Carbine brass, which with warmer (re)loads, expands & becomes quite difficult to extract from my Ruger NMB revolver.
