A nice little ebay Aristocrat win

I was about to hit the hay Sunday night and for some reason decided to check out the bay. Well, imagine my surprise when I saw a cased Aristocrat w a blade box. 1 bid CHEAP and about 50 seconds left. It's not perfect but I have one that's in great shape with no case and no blade box. No way was I letting it go that cheaply. Talk about good timing.

Suggy, can I be so bold to ask if thats the one that I didn't bid on and it went for $25? I didn't bid as I though "eh, it'll be $100 in a moment".

Either way it's still a good looking razor, complete aswell.

Thanks Stu. I don't mind telling ar all. Wasn't gonnna just post because I feel like I stole it. I got it for $15.50. When. I saw it it was $12.99 and about a minute left. Put in a bid w 6 seconds left and got it. Just one other bid I was surprised for sure

I really wanted to like these razors. I have a nice example in the barber pole design. I just am not all that satisfied with the quality of the shaving experience from these razors. I think it is TTOs in general. I like the slimmer head design of the three piece razors. Too bad because i really like the look and the history of the Aristo.

I have its OC brother and love it. I swear you could put a clam shell in and get a great shave
I've used the one I have just like this one with a non Gillette blade and the shave was ok. I love them and you're right, the look and history arr second to none
