A nice cocktail recipe

Ingredients
2 oz. Islay Scotch Whisky
1 cup Earl Grey tea
1 tbsp honey
Orange zest
Crushed ice

Recipe
In one whisky glass, add 2 oz. Islay Scotch Whisky.
In the other glass, combine the tea and honey.
To the tea and honey mixture, add crushed ice leaving 1 to 1 1/2 inch of space in the glass.
Add orange zest to the tea mixture and stir.
Give the glass with the tea mixture to your spouse, and drink the Islay Scotch Whisky yourself.

I was reading this thinking "why on earth would you mix Scotch with all that unnecessary junk??" and then I read the last line ! :lol:

I used to make a rum and coke for my mother in the following manner:

  1. pour 2 oz rum into glass.
  2. swirl rum around glass.
  3. pour rum into my drink.
  4. fill glass with ice and coke.
She was not fond of strong drinks.
