Wow! I did not see that when I was last on their site earlier this week. I wonder if they have a sampler of those new fragrances.
Eau de Cologne isn't really new. they stopped offering it for a while, but it's back. the fragrance dates from the 1800s.

Is it part of their Anthology Line? I believe they have resurrected some discontinued scents and repackaged them.
I had a bottle of Penhaligon's "Eau de Cologne" that I had been saving from many years ago so I was glad to get this being offered again and ordered a new bottle a few weeks ago. This is a really good eau de cologne! 
It sounds like something worth trying when the time comes to get some new fragrance.
