1 dollar ecco razor date?

Anybody have a clue to what the date is of this thing? someone asked me and I can't find info on it.

Looks a lot like a Christy razor. They used propitiatory blades.

It does look like it I figure it's hard to find blades and that its more for collecting.

Enterprise Cutlery St. Louis was a branding of the Norvell Shapliegh Hardware Company. This suggests a date between 1907 and 1915. Norvell Shapliegh was a wholesale hardware merchant, so that does not identify the actual maker. I found an ebay listing for one of these that says:
"IT COMES WITH A PRINTED BLADE PACK WHICH CONTAINS AN ADDITIONAL BLADE. A PAPER ORIGINALLY ATTACHED TO THE BACK OF THE BLADE PACK IS STAMPED "OCT 27 1912."
