Hy-Vee is a regional Midwestern grocery chain. These blades are probably similar to other store brands. I've only had 1 or 2 good shaves after 5 blades and many attempts. Way too many nicks and cuts to continue trying them.
At least the packaging was interesting - press a button to slide out a fresh blade and a slot for storage.
