They are the NA distributor and can hook you up to a service partner in CA probably, and as stated earlier if it is 3 yrs time for a service anyway

or Try:

First time I set a Vostok, the wobbly crown made me believe I was in that exact same boat ... Luckily that's just the way Vostoks are.

It's a Russian watch. If it's made anything like the way they make their tanks, just bang the pin back in with a hammer and you should be fine until the next time you have to bang it back in with a hammer, and so forth.

No- Vostoks have a wobbly crown on purpose; they're not loose at all.

Well, they ARE loose, but made to be that way to prevent damage like OP's.

For $70-ish, Vostoks are a spectacular value. (Don't hammer any crown/pin on one. Save that beating for a cranky Mosin-Nagant).

You're a good man, Dave. I forgot you were such a watchmeister. I'll start with the distributor. Thanks!

After picking up a few Seikos, i hardly ever wear my 1601 or 1675 any longer.

I believe Watchbuys has partnered with RGM Watches in Lancaster PA for service on Sinn watches. RGM do excellent work and also produce a fine line of watches.

Good luck with your U1!

The enginering behind them is incredible. The 200m rating is very, very conservative. Recently someone tested (videos on youtube) how much pressure you can force upon a Vostok Amphibia before it breaks. Somewhere around 70bar (700m) the caseback begun deforming, but it was around 82bar (820m) it finially let water in when the crystal collapsed.
