Chateau St. Michelle Lux 2014 (sparkling) to go with asparigus quiche tonight!! 
It's not "tonight", but it's late morning / early afternoon somewhere: Bloody Mary made with Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, Freshies Original Bloody Mary Mix (a Colorado favorite), and a pod of rick's picks smokra (pickled okra with smoked paprika).
Another West Texas Ranch Water. And no, I do not have an interest in Topo Chico! I squeezed a bit of OJ in the mason jar this evening. Not much different. Still a nice, light, refreshing summer beverage.
There is always Topo Chico in our fridge.

Ok. This is the type of beverage that could take a lifetime to perfect. Limiting myself to 2 oz of tequila and one bottle of Topo Chico per attempt. Squeezed a larger wedge of orange into the mason jar tonight and I like the added sweetness. Perfect after work and some yardwork on a day that reached 93 degrees.
