Best pizza I ever had was in Venice, Italy ... there was a little trattoria there that specialized in pizza, it was the pizza equivalent of "IHoP."I am yet to have a bad pizza in Italy. Most have gone by the motto "less is more" and have been fantastic.

For me, Neapolitan pizza is #1 (very few, very fresh ingredients). They even have a certification.
