Ran 7 miles yesterday - today is core attack from Les Mills Combat - tough ab/core workout but so worth it. Good luck all!
I did P90X3 Agility X yesterday. Great workout, 30 minutes, drenched. I'm sore today. Keep in mind I've done 2 rounds of P90X and Insanity, so being sore says something
