WEEK THREE: DONE. Two out of seven.


WEEK FOUR: Exercise daily for at least twenty minutes. Run and do yoga at least once.


SATURDAY: Two mile run, pushups, lunges. Calories burned: 644.
 
WEEK FIVE: DONE. Four out of seven.

WEEK SIX: Exercise daily for at least twenty minutes. Run and do yoga at least once.

TUESDAY: Short run. Calories burned: 331.

THURSDAY: Squats, pushups, kb swings. Calories burned: 536.

Finally got my life back in order. Started out last night with back and biceps, tomorrow I'll probably need help dressing.

Not sure why this thread get such little attention. I'm a Beachbody coach and I have a few facebook accountability teams that really keep everyone motivated. I'm going to jump in here. Ran 7 miles yesterday - today is core attack from Les Mills Combat - tough ab/core workout but so worth it. Good luck all!

I did Focus T25 Rip'T Circuit yesterday. High intensity interval training - good stuff. Running intervals tonight.

I did P90X3 Agility X yesterday. Great workout, 30 minutes, drenched. I'm sore today. Keep in mind I've done 2 rounds of P90X and Insanity, so being sore says something :)
