Post-Shave: Stirling Executive Man AS and Cella bio balm (great combination)
My first shave with the Canada unscented soap - good stuff that produces an excellent, slick lather. I used a heavier handle on the Game Changer tonight and probably didn't make make proper allowances, so I ended up with some neck irritation. Nothing serious and still a DFS, 9/10.

A bright Saturday morning. I'm following on from posts with two nice straight razors and a good shavette, so I'd better talk about economy this morning...
Yaqi Katana head & generic Chinese handle + Leaf blade
Epsilon faux horn handle white horse brush

I think the head was about £5, and the handle is the one that has appeared on a lot of stuff from Yaqi and Yintal (and others). I got the Leaf blades when I bought a Thorn, and I thought I'd try them in other things. They were already half blades, so I missed out on the feeling of saving money and the satisfying "click" when breaking a DE in half.
Tabac is always reliable and I like the substantial feel of the heavy glass bowl. The Epsilon horse is a great brush, and one of the better looking attempts at faux horn handles. Denim Original sits well on top of Tabac.
I'll give it a "9" today.
