I get the pleasure of waking up to this amazing view from my tenth floor dorm room every morning. That giant square-shaped building in the background (above the brush) is the library. Yes it is, I've been looking at it for more than half a year, kind of hoping someone would snatch it, but I finally caved in.
It has a really nice weight, and it didn't took many laps on the coticule before it had a great edge.
In one way it is so beautiful I'm reluctant to use it, but in another it would be a shame not to use it for its purpose.
Pre-Shave: Hot shower + Stephan's Conditioning Smooth Shave Creme
Razors: 11/16" Dubl Duck "Goldedge", Hollow, Spike point
Brush: 22mm Vulfix Super Badger
Überlather: Godrej Menthol Mist Shave Creme + Mama Bear's Lilac Patchouli Shave Soap + Glycerin
Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel (Lavender, no alcohol)
Post-shave: Woody's rescue Post-shave
ASB: Truffit & Hill Trafalgar
Result: Today was a perfect opportunity for bringing out the "Goldedge". Restored by Max
, enjoyed by me. Prep was awesome, beard was soft, lather was Menthol cool and razor super sharp...ingredients for a Super shave. Yet another great start to a brand new SOTD week.
