Bought some dumbells 2 weeks ago, 10.5kg, now up to 70 straight arm to chin lifts, (whatever thats called)

20 Russian KB swings (72 lbs)
10 pushups
5 burpee penalty as a group if anyone rounds over picking up or setting down the KB
