April 5, down one pound in 5 days, not bad.
April I lost 8 pounds, doing the slimfast thing.
Well I reached my goal of losing 5 pounds today,
Found the last 2 pounds very hard to get rid of.
I know that I'll put a few back on, but thats ok, as I will not put all 5 back on (not in the near future anyway).
Don't think I'll go another 5 in May, maybe one or two.

First day of the month is going well. First two meals were healthy and worked out.
7 & 8 pounds is way to much guys, not that it can't be done, but a much more realistic approach is losing considerable less, and then the chances of keeping it off are much greater.
Just my opinion of course.
Third day: meh
Fourth day: blah
Fifth day: healthy first two meals. Had a great workout!
