Hello friends
Rainy summer day here. I started the week with MdC Fougère, Omega Jade and Brut, a green and perfect combination. Gillette Nacet (9) remains steadfast in this ninth OBIF shave. Pre-War Tech is an icon that needs no comment. A fantastic shave to start the week.

Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat (Tallow)
Brush: Yaqi 24mm synthetic cashmere
Razor: Merkur 23c, Al Handle, Kai #19
Bowl: Turkish copper
Post-shave: Nivea Balm
Stuck with the Merkur and got a similar result to yesterday... felt a bit rough, but got a passable social shave. I think this OBiF blade is like an Astra green — I can get a second week out of it, but comfort and performance fall off between shaves 15 and 21.
I finished off my Nivea Balm, and will open a fresh one tomorrow.
Preshave: Hot washcloth
Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat (Tallow)
Brush: Yaqi 24mm synthetic cashmere
Razor: Merkur 23c, Al Handle, Kai #19
Bowl: Turkish copper
Post-shave: Nivea Balm

For OBiF, switched over to a Personna 74 blade with multiple shaves on it already. Sharpness is well past optimal, but it doesn't feel particularly harsh, and works OK in the Game Changer. Got an acceptable social shave with it.
Enjoyed opening a fresh Nivea Balm.
