Is there a CO Bigelow aftershave balm that goes with the cream (like Prorasso Pre/Post)?

No, the ASBs that Bigelow sells are not made by Proraso, AFAIK, so they don't really "go" with the cream, though that's not to say they aren't any good. I've not tried them myself. You could always just order the Proraso balm, or look for a mentholated ASB or aftershave at your local drugstore. The scent won't match exactly, but the menthol will be there.
As said above, they are not mentholated, and don't at all match scent of the shaving cream. However, having tried both the Red, and Green varieties, they are a good ASB for the low cost of $10 per bottle (or $5 each when you stock up during the annual BOGO).
I tried the red and the grey/silver bottles, but my face immediately had an allergic reaction. I think it's because they use extracts from various woods (cedar, etc) and while I absolutely love the scents, I can't put the stuff on my face.
I have black and blue. Both work well with nice scents. I'd have probably tried
green too but the store near me closed. I didn't like the scent of red.
